Using Order4MeAI

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Order4MeAI application and website. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your password. The calorie-planning features are intended for adults age 18 or older. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Subscription and three-day trial

Order4MeAI Premium is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The United States reference price is $9.99 per month, but the App Store displays and controls the exact price in your country or region.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial when that offer is shown by Apple or Google before purchase. After the trial, payment is charged to your app-store account and the subscription renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Trial eligibility is determined by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Order4MeAI account does not cancel a subscription.

Nutrition and wellness estimates

Calories, nutrition, portions, ingredients, and meal recommendations are estimates for general wellness and dietary tracking. They may be incomplete or inaccurate because restaurant recipes, preparation methods, portions, and menus change. Order4MeAI does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified health professional before making medical or dietary decisions.

Allergy safety

Order4MeAI cannot guarantee that any item is free from an allergen or cross-contact. Always tell restaurant staff about allergies and confirm ingredients and preparation directly with the restaurant before ordering or eating.

Restaurant information and reference photos

Restaurant names, menus, ingredients, availability, and pricing may change. Food photos are visual references and may not depict the exact dish served by a restaurant. Confirm important information directly with the restaurant.

Your content

You retain ownership of menu images and information you submit. You give Order4MeAI permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use or content containing unnecessary sensitive information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected systems except where law permits, submit unlawful content, or use automated methods to overload the service.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts used fraudulently or unlawfully. Internet, restaurant, AI, and app-store services can be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every menu can be read.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Use recommendations and estimates with your own judgment. To the extent permitted by law, Order4MeAI is provided “as is” without warranties that it will be error-free or fit every dietary need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
