Privacy Policy

Order4MeAI helps people scan restaurant menus, receive food recommendations, and track meals. This policy explains the information the app processes and the choices available to you.
Information we process
- Account information: email address, account identifier, and authentication information handled by our account provider.
- Profile and wellness preferences: display name, age, height, weight, goal weight, activity level, dietary preferences, allergy information, and optional profile answers used to personalize estimates.
- Menu and meal information: menu photos or PDFs you choose, extracted menu text, restaurant details, recommendations, saved menu plans, and meals you log.
- Receipt and tracker information: meal totals, estimated nutrition, and receipt details you enter. Some tracker information and receipt images may remain only on your device.
- Subscription information: product, entitlement, renewal, and transaction-status information from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
- Support diagnostics: app version, device platform, and recent error codes when you choose to include them in a support request. The support report is designed not to include menu text, photos, profile details, or passwords.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, analyze the menus you submit, generate personalized food suggestions and calorie estimates, save information you request, provide subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain app security.
Service providers
Order4MeAI uses service providers that process information only to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; OpenAI for menu analysis performed through our server; RevenueCat for subscription status; and Apple or Google for app distribution and payment processing. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.
Menu images and AI
Menu images and related profile instructions may be sent through our protected server function for analysis. Do not submit payment cards, medical records, government identification, faces, or other sensitive personal information in a menu image.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and saved app information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. The deletion process removes the account and associated server-stored profile, scan, saved-menu, saved-meal, plan, and private menu-file information. Local app information can be removed by deleting the account, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Deleting your Order4MeAI account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in your device’s subscription settings.
Your choices
You may decline camera or photo-library access, choose which menu files to submit, edit profile information, clear local tracker information, restore purchases, cancel a subscription through the applicable app store, or delete your account.
Children
Order4MeAI is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The calorie-planning profile is designed for users age 18 or older.
Security and policy changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change and will post the revised date on this page.
