Delete your account

You can request permanent account deletion directly inside Order4MeAI without contacting support.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Order4MeAI and sign in.
2. Open Profile & Preferences.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and select Delete permanently.

What is deleted

The deletion process removes your authentication account and associated server-stored profile, scans, saved meals, saved menus, pre-order plans, menu-snapshot records, and private menu files. Local tracker and diagnostic information on that device is cleared as part of the in-app flow.

Subscription cancellation is separate

Deleting your account or uninstalling Order4MeAI does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before deleting the account if you do not want it to renew.

If you cannot access the app

Email order4meai@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password.
